New KCRC Right of Way Permit Policy, Effective January 1st, 2025
Earlier in December, Keweenaw County Road Commission Board adopted a new –Administration Policy, Fees and Forms for All Work or Activity on and within the County Right of Wayâ€. No new permits will be issued until after January 1st, 2025.
All new driveway, utility, transport and misc. permits, etc. will be need to be applied for online thru CLICK HERE.
A link will be provided on the KCRC website, but account will not be active until January 1st, 2025.
The new permit policy, fee schedule and standards will be published on KCRC website at the end of December.
